Who: Do you have construction experience and desire to renovate a bathroom and/or kitchen?
What: BATHROOM-We have a Japanese-style bathroom that has a changing room with sink, then a wet room with shower area and a soaking tub. Reason for renovating is that the shower walls have a plastic wrap like coating that is compromised letting water in. Secondly, the tub design allows humidity to get trapped under the tub where it is difficult to clean. Unaddressed, these will pose a health hazard.
KITCHEN-The kitchen needs more natural light, cleanable cabinets, better oven solution, upgraded electric.
